Ritec CNC angle steel production line is used for punching, embossing and cutting of angle steel. It is widely used in the production of angle steel towers in the power transmission and transformation and communication industries. It can also be used for angle steel components in the construction industry, railways and bridges because it can be combined. There are several functions of stamping, punching, and cutting, which can also be called CNC angle steel combined production line.
The workpiece is manually hoisted to the platform behind the horizontal material table, which is the workpiece placement area, waiting for the equipment to feed and process.
2. Horizontal Feeding
The CNC system sends instructions, and the material table sprocket rotates by the rotation of the material table decelerating motor, and the dial mounted on the chain moves the workpiece horizontally on the wear-resistant nylon plate. Finally, it falls into the V-shaped groove with the vertex downward and waits for it to flip.
3. Flip Feeding
The CNC system sends instructions, and the turning gear motor drives the long axis of the turning frame to rotate. The turning chain drives the feeding pawl to rotate around the axis. When rotating, the V-shaped opening of the feeding pawl is kept upward, and the workpiece on the V-shaped surface of the feeding table is lifted, Rotate and place on the feeding channel.
4. CNC Feeding
After the workpiece is placed on the feeding channel, the jaws at the front end of the pliers rod of the CNC trolley clamp the workpiece under the action of the air cylinder. The numerical control trolley is controlled by the numerical control system to push the workpiece to realize numerical control feeding.
The work piece is sent to the set position, the typing body falls to the typing position, the character box selection cylinder pushes out the designated character box to the typing position under the control of the system, and the characters are imprinted on the work piece by the pressing head of the typing cylinder.
The punching host has two punching units, arranged on both sides, with three die positions on each side. Each mold position has a set of mold base devices, which are equipped with punch rods, punches and die. Each mold base device should be installed before processing. The CNC system sends instructions, the material pressing cylinder moves, and the material pressing mechanism presses the workpiece. The selected die position is pushed by the air cylinder to the top of the punch rod. The punching main cylinder presses down and punches the hole of the die position. Since the selected die position does not have a spacer, the blank line of the punch rod cannot be punched.
After punching a specified hole on a workpiece according to the program, the CNC trolley pushes the workpiece to the specified position, the shearing cylinder works, and the upper knife moves down to cut the workpiece to complete a finished product.
The CNC system sends instructions to sort the forehearth cylinder to work, lift up one side of the forehearth, and the workpiece is finished unloading.
