CNC control system and programming
The CNC system and servo unit of well-known brands are used to ensure the reliability of the machine tool operation. The selected system is GOOGOLTECH CNC punch special system. Its main functions include on-site programming or background programming; real-time communication with the computer; powerful self-diagnosis function to realize automatic protection of clamps; international general G code programming can realize remote diagnosis.
The floating pneumatic clamp can float with the sheet during processing to ensure the processing accuracy of the sheet. To adapt to the processing of different materials, the pressure is adjustable. The thin structure of the clamp head can easily pass through the upper and lower turntables, reducing the processing dead zone and expanding the processing range.
Imported high-quality large-lead ball screws and linear rolling guides are used to ensure the movement and positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
