1. Loading

The workpiece is manually hoisted to the platform behind the horizontal feeding table. This is the workpiece placement area, waiting for the equipment to be fed and processed.

2. Horizontal feeding

The CNC system sends instructions, and the rotation of the material table reduction motor drives the material table sprocket to rotate. The speed dial installed on the chain moves the workpiece laterally on the wear-resistant nylon plate. Finally, it falls into the V-shaped groove with the apex downward and waits for flipping.

3. Flip and feed

The CNC system sends instructions, and the flipping reduction motor drives the long axis of the flipping frame to rotate. The flipping chain drives the loading claw to rotate around the axis. During the rotation, the V-shaped opening of the loading claw is kept upward, and the workpiece on the V-shaped surface of the feeding table is kept upward. Lift, rotate and place on the feed channel.

4. CNC feeding

After the workpiece is placed on the feeding path, the jaws at the front end of the CNC trolley clamp rod clamp the workpiece under the action of the cylinder. The CNC trolley is controlled by the CNC system to promote CNC feeding of the workpiece.

5. Marking

The workpiece is sent to the set position, the typewriter body drops to the typing position, the character box selection cylinder pushes out the designated character box to the typing position under the control of the system, and the typing cylinder presses down the indenter to imprint the characters on the workpiece.

6. Punching

The punching host has two punching units, arranged on both sides, with three die positions on each side. Each mold position has a set of mold base devices, which are equipped with punch rods, punches and dies. Each mold base device should be installed before processing. The CNC system sends instructions, the pressing oil cylinder moves, and the pressing mechanism presses the workpiece. The selected mold position is pushed by the cylinder to the top of the punch rod, and the punching master cylinder presses down to punch the hole of the mold position. The rest are not Since the selected mold position does not have a spacer, the empty row of the punch rod cannot punch holes.

7. Shearing

After the specified hole is punched on a workpiece according to the program, the CNC car pushes the workpiece to the specified foam edge position, the shear cylinder works, and the upper knife moves downward to cut the workpiece to complete a finished product.

8. Discharge

The CNC system sends instructions, the cylinder of the sorting channel works, lifts one side of the material channel, and the workpiece is finished unloading.
