Today's Testing in Focus

It is essential to debug the equipment before shipment, so that our customers can start production faster after receiving the machine without affecting the factory production process.

The Servo CNC Turret Punching Machine debugged and tested today will be shipped to Europe at the end of this month. Our customer sent 3 workpiece drawings. We conducted machine proofing tests for the customer in order and according to specific requirements. This time, the machine testing and debugging were carried out by two professional engineers from our Technology Department I. When conducting the third workpiece proofing test, the mold size of the CNC Turret Punching Machine did not meet the customer's requirements. Finally, we replaced the mold and successfully completed the debugging and proofing test of the machine.

Final Steps Before Shipment

With testing complete, our next step is to prepare the machine for shipment. Following the client's specifications, we will securely pack the CNC Turret Punching Machine's molds and other accessories in wooden crates, ensuring their integrity during transit.
