1. Rack


The frame is the carrier of various components of the machine tool. It is mainly divided into two types: closed type and open type, both of which are steel plate welded structures. The closed frame has a compact structure, stable structure, and high strength and rigidity; the open frame has good operational openness and convenient processing but has high requirements for welding structure and welding stress correction.


2. Cross beam


The cross beam is the most important part of the transmission components and the base for feeding accuracy control. Components such as the X-axis screw, motor, linear guide rail, clamp for clamping the sheet material, and X-axis slide plate for fixing the clamp are all installed on the crossbeam. The crossbeam is required to have sufficient rigidity and as small a motion inertia as possible to avoid excessive Y-axis drive load and reduced speed. Whether its structure is reasonable or not directly affects the feeding accuracy and speed as well as the stability of the machine tool, and the technical requirements are relatively high.


3. Turntable


The turret is also one of the core components of the machine tool. Its accuracy directly affects the positioning accuracy of the mold, thereby affecting the processing accuracy of the machine tool and the service life of the mold. Mainly divided into two types: thin turret and thick turret. The main difference between thick turrets and thin turrets is the length of the mold. The total length and guide length of thick turrets are longer than those of thin turrets. Thin turrets have low cost, low rigidity, poor guiding performance, and large processing deformation of ordinary carbon steel. The thick turret has high stiffness, good guiding performance, can absorb working vibration, and the high-grade alloy cast iron material has high precision and stability. The mold has a long service life for high-speed stepping and offset load processing, and small deformation during use.


4. Rotate mold position


The mold on the rotary mold position can be rotated to any required angle as required, and the required trimming angle can be stamped. When using roller mold processing, cooperate with the feeding system to adjust the rolling direction angle in real time and run according to the rolling path set by the system. The types of rotating tools can be divided into: Constant mesh structure. The advantages of this structure are high precision and the work station is not easy to deviate, but the scalability is poor. The split rotating structure works through the engagement of the driving device during actual use. This structure requires high assembly and processing accuracy, but has good scalability.


5. Clamps (mostly pneumatic clamps)


The floating function of the clamp is mainly used to cope with changes in the height of the clamp mouth caused by moderate deformation of the plate. The types are divided into: Swing-type clamps are light in weight, have a long service life, and are flexible in floating. The size of the Y-direction of the translational clamp's jaws theoretically remains unchanged when it floats up and down. The clamping function is mainly used to clamp the plate. The types are divided into: hydraulic clamping, which is inconvenient to maintain, has a large clamping force and is not easy to remove the material. Pneumatic clamping, energy saving and environmental protection, easy to install. The clamp position adjustment function is mainly used to move the clamps to the specified position. The types are divided into: When using the CNC turret punch press, for different workpiece plates, it is necessary to move and adjust the position and spacing of the clamps. For manual clamps, when adjusting, pull the handle to loosen the locking device, push the clamp to the desired position, and then tighten the handle to complete the adjustment. Automatic clamps, when adjusting, set the position of each clamp in the processing program, and the machine tool will automatically adjust each clamp to the required position in front of the clamping plate, accurately and quickly.
