2) numerical control unit


CNC unit is the brain of the CNC machine, it can accept external processing information given, through the CNC system of computing software and logic hardware circuits for decoding, arithmetic and logic processing, to the servo system to send out the corresponding bus command, servo system movement drag control machine moving parts according to the machining program instruction movement.


3)G code


G code records a variety of processing information, including the path of parts processing, process parameters and tool movement, etc., the information will be input to the CNC system, the CNC system automatically on the parts cutting and processing.


4)Servo system


Servo system consists of servo power supply, servo drive and servo motor device, CNC system is a combination of CNC system and servo system, so the servo system is the execution system of the CNC system. The speed and displacement commands issued by the numerical control system control the execution parts to move according to the feed speed and feed direction through the network bus. Each motion unit is equipped with a set of servo system, some servo system and position measuring device, directly or indirectly measure the actual displacement of the executive part, and feedback to the CNC device that is closed-loop control, the processing error compensation.
