Tower Industry Specialized Processing Equipment CNC Angle Punching Line Composition

The CNC Angle Steel Production Line is the primary equipment used for the specialized production of iron towers and angle steel towers in the power and telecommunications industries. It automates secondary processes such as marking, punching, and shearing on the processed raw angle steel, improving processing efficiency while ensuring high accuracy in punching and cutting operations. The angle steel processed by the CNC punching machine can be directly galvanized, thus becoming finished angle steel components used for assembling steel towers.

The main components of the CNC Angled Line are as follows:

1.Raw Material Rack:
This is where the raw material (angle steel) is placed. The raw material rack consists of 4 chains with pushers, a welded frame, and a reduction gearbox. The chains and pushers are driven by the reduction gearbox to move the angle steel forward, which then slides into the V-shaped groove at the front of the rack and is flipped into the feed channel for further processing.

2.Feeding and Flipping Device:

Composed of a frame, a rotating arm, chains, a transmission shaft, and a reduction gearbox.
During the feeding process, the reduction gearbox drives the rotating arm to flip the angle steel from the V-shaped groove at the front of the raw material rack into the feed channel.

3.CNC Feeding Carriage:

This is used for the longitudinal feeding of the angle steel.
The CNC feeding carriage consists of a carriage frame, gear shaft, mechanical hand, cylinder, rollers, and a servo motor. The feeding carriage, driven by a servo motor, accurately positions the angle steel in the longitudinal direction. The carriage is equipped with a buffering device to prevent damage to the equipment and the carriage from continued movement after a collision. The X-axis feeding is driven by a servo motor, with feedback from a rotary encoder, ensuring full closed-loop control.

4. Feed Channel:

This is used to support the angle steel.
The feed channel consists of a frame, drive rack, carriage guide rails, and V-shaped roller tracks.

5.Punching Unit:
There are two punching units used for punching holes on both flanges of the angle steel.
Each punching unit consists of a vertical plate, punching cylinder, punching die holder, punching die, ball screw, and a servo motor. The servo motor drives the punching die holder to move, enabling quick and precise positioning of the workpiece on both sides, providing high efficiency and reliable operation. Each side has 3 sets of punching dies, allowing for automatic switching between 3 different hole sizes.

6.  Shearing Unit:
This unit is used for shearing the angle steel.
It utilizes a single shear mechanism, ensuring high shearing efficiency and reliability with no material wastage during the process. The shearing unit consists of the shear body, shear cylinders, shearing tools, and material pressing devices.

7.Finished Material Channel:
This is used for pneumatic flipping and discharging of the finished angle steel. It has a simple, reliable structure and stable operation. After the angle steel exits the main machine, it is flipped and discharged into the finished material channel.
