Reason: The correct tool was not selected when switching tools, or the tool was damaged or stuck during processing, etc.

Solution: Stop running, repair or replace the tool, and change the program or select the correct tool.

2. Limit switch alarm

Form: E03 fault code appears on the machine tool controller.

Reason: The limit switch is damaged or the setting is incorrect, and the position information cannot be detected when the machine tool is running.

Solution: Replace or reset the limit switch.

2. Pneumatic and hydraulic alarm

1. Hydraulic pump failure

Form: E101 fault code appears on the machine tool controller.

Reason: The hydraulic pump is damaged or the oil line is blocked.

Solution: Check the oil circuit, replace the hydraulic pump or clean the oil circuit.

2. Hydraulic cylinder failure

Form: E105 fault code appears on the machine tool controller.

Reason: The hydraulic cylinder is damaged, or the hydraulic cylinder piston is stuck.

Solution: Replace the hydraulic cylinder or clean the oil circuit.

3. Mechanical failure alarm

The clamping device is not released

Form: E401 fault code appears on the machine tool controller.

Reason: The clamping device is not released.

Solution: Release the clamping device and rerun the program.

2. Mold stuck

Form: E402 fault code appears on the machine tool controller.

Reason: The mold is stuck, causing the machine to stop moving.

Solution: Use a cork hammer to gently tap the mold, or replace the mold.
