The Australian customer contacted us through the website and wanted to purchase a CNC punch machine for processing thick steel plates. The main problem faced by this customer is that the existing CNC punch press often breaks down, affecting production efficiency. They needed a punch press that could handle thickened steel plates and wanted to replace the old machine as soon as possible to resume production.
After about 1 month of negotiation with our product manager Michelle, we understood the customer's needs and provided a customized machine technology solution. The customer was satisfied with the results and finally decided to purchase a CNC Hydraulic Punching Machine.
In response to the thick steel plates that customers want to process, we customized the standard CNC Hydraulic Punching Machine and increased the height of the Y-axis column to accommodate thicker workpieces. It took 21 days to produce this CNC Hydraulic Punching Machine. We worked overtime before the Spring Festival holiday to ensure that the machine completed assembly and sample debugging on time, provided video data to the customer, and finally completed packaging and shipment.
